Crazy Adult Costumes

As an adult my taste in costumes has changed dramatically. The crazier the costume the better! I love to attend costume parties and be the wackiest one there. I will do or wear anything to be the life of the party.
Quite often I will search the web to find a new idea or a new place to get a silly or amazing new costume. There are so many places you can look that I like to include in my blogs the best new find for me. this week that would be Muffins Corner. They have a terrific selection of adult (not intimate) costumes. If you are looking for something for the bedroom this is not your place, but if you are looking for a fun adult costume this is my suggestion for the week.

If you are looking for a site that is easy to navigate and has a super broad selection to choose from. You need to go to BUYCOSTUMES.COM. They have free shipping with any order over $65 and probably the best selection that I've seen this year. To get your order in time for Halloween click here.

Creating Your Own Costumes

With the new GREEN movement the best option for a Halloween costume is to make your own from old clothing you have laying around or doing a costume swap with friends. The limits for costumes are endless! Your imagination is the only thing that limits you.
Many of the crafting sites have great ideas for creating your own costume, or you can use your own creativity to create a fun and inexpensive costume that "recycles" something that you would probably otherwise throw out. Make it a fun kids art project!
Crafting A Green World has an article about the National Costume Swap Day. If you're interested in participating on Oct. 9,2010 go here.
